Tony brings with him over 22 years of experience in the fitness industry, a Master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U) in Exercise Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. He is also credentialed as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Tony is a Master Instructor and content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, national lecturer, and adjunct faculty member in exercise science programs at both the university and community college levels. He has spent his career working with a broad spectrum of clientele, ranging from stay at home moms and weekend warriors to professional and Olympic athletes.
