This week's podcast episode features elite trainer Pat McCloskey.
With over 34 years of training experience, Pat serves as 1TO1's Director of Training and Education. Pat is tasked with pursuing the most effective training and reconditioning techniques nationwide and disseminating them to 1TO1's Training Team. He has served as a consultant to USWNT under 20 programs, Washington Wizards, Washington Redskins, and is a teaching faculty member for the Gray Institute.
At the Gray institute, Pat presents Movement Analysis and Performance education to Physical Therapists, Osteopaths, and Trainers from all over the world and served on the design team for their industry-acclaimed courses CAFS (Certification of Applied Functional Science) and 3DMAPS (3D Movement Analysis and Performance).
